Today I finally got my 50mm 1.4f lens. I have been chompin at the bit for this lens but other expenses always came up. Last week I got some "found" money so I went right out and ordered this baby before a bill got in the way.
Usually for Labor Day weekend we avoid the crowds and stay away from campgrounds if we could even find one with open spots. RAW had the great idea to try the state park 8 miles from our house. He went out there this morning and got us a glorious spot and set up the camper. We won't camp until tomorrow but tonight we went out there and ate take out food.
Hollace then led us on a hike and I tried my new lens out on these trees.
