Every day I drive past this corner and every day I contemplate stopping to shoot the bright red hydrant with a nubby tree field backdrop, wondering if it would make a good picture.
Well I finally shot it. I don't know what it is but something is amiss. I do know one thing, I am sick of brown which is the original color of that field. Maybe one of these days I will post up a picture of another brown field I shot that I then exaggerated the hell out of the saturation so things don't look so dead.
