I have a thing for mood rings. Ever since I was in grade school and really wanting one for my birthday. I got one that year but because my birthday is in December my hands were always cold and my ring was always black.
A couple years ago I found a nice mood band ring and was so tickled for a long time that it was so expressive...ooh look, it is purple, now green, wait, is that red. I ran out and bought a couple more because washing my hands with it (and I could never remember to take it off first) turned the edges of the band black. I guess they aren't water proof.
I finally ran out of my stash of moodrings and the ring finger on my right hand went bare.
Last month while camping at Starved Rock St Park I found these multi-mood rings in the vistor's center. I bought 5 of them. They are so cool. I am trying to remember to take it off when I wash my hands.
