guy on hill 10-10-10
the story on this guy was he was on the look out for open parking spots below so he can then direct a Boy Scout to stand there with their sign so they can charge someone $5 to park there. It was a busy day in Galena Illinois.
Over exposed
I didn’t notice the settings on the camera while driving 60 mph when snapping this shot.I brought it to this in Photoshop otherwise it was pretty white
